This pattern is a super easy, beginner-friendly wall hanging that uses a few different stitches to create a textured boho look.

Ch 32.

Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc across. Ch 1, turn.

Rows 2-4: Sc in 1st st, sc across. Ch 1, turn.

Row 5: Sc in 1st st, sc 1, *puff in next st, sc 1*. Repeat * until end of row. Sc in last st. Ch 1, turn.

Row 6: Sc in 1st st, sc across. Ch 1, turn.

Row 7: Sc in 1st st, sc 1, *puff in next st, sc 1*. Repeat * until end of row. Sc in last st. Ch 1, turn.

Row 8: Hdc in 1st st, hdc across. Ch 1, turn.

Row 9-10: Hdc in 1st st, hdc across. Ch 1, turn.

Row 11: Sc in 1st st, sc 1, *bobble in next st, sc 1*. Repeat * until end of row. Sc in last st. Ch 2, turn.

Row 12: Dc in 1st st, dc across. Ch 2, turn.

Row 13: Dc in 1st st, dc across. Ch 1, turn.

Row 14: Sc in 1st st, sc 1, *picot in next st, sc 1*. Repeat * until end of row. Sc in last st. Ch 1, turn.

Row 15: Sc in 1st st, sc across. Ch 1, turn.

Row 16: Dc in 1st st, sc; alternate dc, sc to end of row. Ch 1, turn.

Row 17: Sc in 1st st, dc; alternate sc, dc to end of row. Ch 1, turn.

Row 18: Dc in 1st st, sc; alternate dc, sc to end of row. Ch 1, turn.

Row 30: Sc in 1st st, sc 1, *puff in next st, sc 1*. Repeat * until end of row. Sc in last st. Ch 1, turn.

Row 31: Sc in 1st st, sc across. Ch 1, turn.

Row 33: Sc in 1st st, sc across. Ch 1, turn.

Row 34-35: Sc in 1st st, sc across. Ch 1, turn.

Row 36: Sc in 1st st, sc across.

Tie off yarn, leaving a long tail.

Using the tail and a tapestry needle, sew a loop around the dowel rod through each stitch to connect the dowel rod to your work.

Tie another string around each end of the dowel rod to use as your wall hanging hanger.

Next, cut about 62 strands of yarn about 18″ long. Insert two strands into each stitch at the bottom of your wall hanging to make the fringe. Cut to your desired length.
