Right cup:
With blue, make a slip knot, ch 11.

Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc across, ch 1, turn. (10)
Row 2: sc2tog, sc to last 2, sc2tog, ch 1, turn. (8)
Row 3: sc across, ch 1, turn. (8)
Row 4: sc2tog, sc to last 2, sc2tog, ch 1, turn. (6)
Row 5: sc across, ch 1, turn. (6)
Row 6: sc2tog, sc to last 2, sc2tog, ch 1, turn. (4)
Row 7: sc across, ch 1, turn. (4)
Row 8: sc2tog twice, ch 1, turn. (2)
Row 9: sc across, ch 1, turn. (2)
Row 10: sc2tog. (1)
Do not tie off; ch 40 to make bikini string. Tie off, weave in ends.

With white, make small stitches as evenly spaced as you’d like. I made 16 small stitches total to look like stars.

Left cup:
With red, make a slip knot, ch 11.

Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc across, ch 1, turn. (10)
Row 2: sc2tog, sc to last 2, sc2tog, switch to white, ch 1, turn. (8)
Row 3: sc across  ch 1, turn. (8)
Row 4: sc2tog, sc to last 2, sc2tog, switch to red, ch 1, turn. (6)
Row 5: sc across, ch 1, turn. (6)
Row 6: sc2tog, sc to last 2, sc2tog, switch to white, ch 1, turn. (4)
Row 7: sc across, ch 1, turn. (4)
Row 8: sc2tog twice, switch to red, ch 1, turn. (2)
Row 9: sc across, ch 1, turn. (2)
Row 10: sc2tog. (1)

Do not tie off; ch 40 to make bikini string. Tie off, weave in ends.

Join bottom of cups/bottom ties:

With right sides facing out, insert hook into the bottom left corner of the right bra cup. With white, pull up a loop and ch 5. Slst into the bottom right corner of the left cup.

Insert hook into the bottom left corner of the left cup, ch 60. Tie off. Weave in ends. Repeat in the bottom right corner of the right cup.

Skirt:
Ch 2 counts as a st.

With blue, make a slipknot. Ch 70. Slst into 1st ch to make a loop.

Round 1: ch 2, dc around, slst into top of ch 2. (70)
Round 2: ch 2, dc around, switch to red, slst into top of ch 2. (70)
Round 3: ch 2, (2dc in next 2 sts, switch to white, 2dc in next 2 sts, switch to red), rep () around, alternating colors every 2 sts. Make 1 dc in the last st, switch to red, slst into top of ch 2. (138)
Round 4: ch 2, dc around following the established color change pattern; switch to blue at the end of the last st, slst into top of ch 2. (138)
Round 5 (scallop edge): with blue, sk 2, 5dc in next st, (sk 2, slst, sk 2, 5dc in next st), rep () around, slst into last st. Tie off yarn, weave in ends.

Bucket Hat:

Ch does not count as a st.

With blue, make a magic ring.

Round 1: in ring, ch 1, 10 sc, slst into ch 1. (10)
Round 2: ch 1, 2sc in each st around, slst into ch 1. (20)
Round 3: ch 1, sc around, slst into ch 1. (20)
Round 4: ch 2, dc blo around, slst into top of ch 2. (20)
Round 5: ch 2, (dc, 2dc in next st), rep () around, switch to red, slst into top of ch 2. (30)
Round 6: ch 1, sc around, switch to white, slst into ch 1. (30)
Round 7: ch 1, sc around, switch to red, slst into ch 1. (30)
Round 8: ch 1, sc around, switch to blue, slst into ch 1. (30)
Round 9: ch 2, (dc flo, 2dc flo in next st), rep () around, slst into top of ch 2. (40)
Round 10: ch 2, dc around, slst into top of ch 2. (40)
Tie off yarn, weave in ends.

On the inside of the hat, insert hook into any st in row 8 (the last red row), pull up a loop with white. Ch 31, tie off, weave in ends.

Repeat on opposite side of hat to make the ties.
