Here’s a super easy & quick St. Patrick’s Day crochet pattern! I love any excuse to hang a themed garland, so I decided to whip up some little clovers to hang on my front door. They’re super fast, super cute, and super easy!

Materials Needed:
- Size H β 5.00 mm crochet hook (I useΒ theseΒ β theyβre awesome!)
- Scraps ofΒ Redheart Yarn Super Saver in green shades (or any colors you like!) or similar medium/weight 4 category acrylic yarn
- Scissors
- Yarn needle
Finished Measurements:
1″-2″ in height and width
Gauge Information:
Gauge for this project is not important. Make these in any size you want, using whatever yarn you want! Note: If you use a heavier weight yarn, you will have to go up hook sizes. Check the label of the yarn you’re using to determine the hook size you should use.
Stitches Used:
- Half Double Crochet
- Double Crochet
- Treble Crochet
- Chain
Abbreviations (US):
- ch = chain
- dc = double crochet
- hdc = half double crochet
- tr = treble crochet
- st(s) = stitch(es)
- slst = slip stitch
Pattern:
Make a magic ring or ch 3 and join to form a ring.
Ch 2 in ring.
Three Leaf Clover:
Round 1: 9 hdc in ring. Slst to top of ch 2.
Round 2: Ch 1. *Slst, ch 2, [dc, tr, hdc, tr, dc] in next st, slst*. Repeat ** two more times. Slst into ch 1.
Round 3: Ch 4.
Tie off yarn, weave in ends.
Four Leaf Clover:
Round 1: 12 hdc in ring. Slst to top of ch 2.
Round 2: Ch 1. *Slst, ch 2, [dc, tr, hdc, tr, dc] in next st, slst*. Repeat ** three more times. Slst into ch 1.
Round 3: Ch 4.
Tie off yarn, weave in ends.
